Lemons, lemons, lemons...

Lemon vinaigrette. Simple, easy. Really - it's not bad making your own salad dressing! Disregard: flour, squash, etc...
I mix it in the bowl I keep it in. In goes two cloves of pressed garlic, 1/2 tsp pepper and some salt.
Add 1/3 cup white wine vinaigrette, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice along with the zest of one lemon. Tangy, very tangy! But, it's perfect!
Then, add olive oil, however much you like, everyone's tastes for dressing are different.
Whisk all together and voila! Really - you shouldn't taste the garlic too much, you should be tasting the lemon & the oil... Mmmm... yum!
